		<description>I read a book one time about anxiety and ppl hurting your feelings. It said that you need to accept that it hurts your feelings and not feel quilty for feeling that way. Because quilt is another thing that can keep the anxiety going. ANd thats its ok to feel hurt. Some ppl are assholes! I just try to accept that and then try to improve my selfesteem so hopefully one day it wont hurt anymore.</description>
